Beauty Bulk is a European B2B wholesale, sourcing, dropshipping, and fulfillment platform connecting suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.

By accessing or using the platform, users agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Beauty Bulk provides a digital B2B marketplace and infrastructure platform that may include:

  • Supplier and retailer onboarding
  • Product discovery and sourcing
  • Wholesale transactions
  • Dropshipping services
  • Warehouse and fulfillment services
  • Logistics coordination
  • Product catalog management
  • Messaging and communication tools
  • Marketplace integrations (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon)
  • Inventory synchronization
  • Order management tools

Beauty Bulk acts as a marketplace and logistics facilitator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

The platform is intended exclusively for business customers (B2B).

Users must:

  • operate a commercial business,
  • provide accurate company information,
  • and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Beauty Bulk reserves the right to verify business registrations, VAT numbers, certifications, and supplier documentation.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • maintaining account confidentiality,
  • protecting login credentials,
  • ensuring account information remains accurate.

Beauty Bulk may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • violate these Terms,
  • provide misleading information,
  • engage in fraudulent activity,
  • or breach applicable regulations.

5. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors are solely responsible for:

  • product compliance,
  • certifications,
  • product descriptions,
  • ingredient declarations,
  • labeling requirements,
  • health and cosmetic claims,
  • packaging compliance,
  • regulatory approvals,
  • intellectual property rights,
  • and product safety.

This includes compliance with:

  • EU cosmetic regulations,
  • supplement regulations,
  • CPNP requirements,
  • EFSA regulations,
  • food safety standards,
  • and all applicable local laws.

Suppliers guarantee that listed products:

  • do not infringe third-party rights,
  • are legally marketable,
  • and meet applicable European regulations.

6. Retailer Responsibilities

Retailers are responsible for:

  • complying with local resale regulations,
  • product marketing practices,
  • customer support obligations,
  • and legal compliance within their operating markets.

Retailers are responsible for verifying whether products are suitable for their intended market and sales channels.

7. Marketplace Transactions

Beauty Bulk may facilitate transactions between suppliers and retailers but is not automatically a contractual party to supplier-retailer sales unless explicitly stated.

Contracts for product purchases may exist directly between:

  • supplier and retailer,
  • or retailer and fulfillment partner,
    depending on the selected service model.

8. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the platform may:

  • exclude VAT,
  • exclude shipping costs,
  • or vary depending on supplier agreements.

Beauty Bulk reserves the right to:

  • charge commissions,
  • subscription fees,
  • fulfillment fees,
  • warehouse fees,
  • logistics charges,
  • and transaction-related service fees.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

9. Fulfillment & Logistics Services

Beauty Bulk may provide:

  • warehouse storage,
  • pick & pack services,
  • shipping coordination,
  • dropshipping support,
  • consolidation services,
  • cold-chain handling,
  • and logistics management.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • supplier operations,
  • carriers,
  • customs,
  • external disruptions,
  • or inventory availability.

Beauty Bulk is not liable for shipping delays caused by third parties.

10. Dropshipping Services

Suppliers may offer direct-to-customer shipping on behalf of retailers.

Retailers remain responsible for:

  • customer communication,
  • marketplace compliance,
  • and resale obligations.

Beauty Bulk may facilitate coordination but does not guarantee:

  • delivery performance,
  • inventory availability,
  • or supplier fulfillment accuracy.

11. Product Availability

Product availability, stock levels, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.

Beauty Bulk does not guarantee:

  • continuous availability,
  • uninterrupted inventory,
  • or supplier stock accuracy.

12. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, software, graphics, and marketplace infrastructure belong to Beauty Bulk or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Suppliers retain ownership of their:

  • trademarks,
  • product images,
  • product descriptions,
  • and related content.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute platform materials without written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • upload unlawful products,
  • submit misleading information,
  • violate intellectual property rights,
  • manipulate reviews or ratings,
  • engage in fraudulent transactions,
  • bypass platform fees,
  • or use the platform for illegal purposes.

Beauty Bulk reserves the right to remove products or suspend accounts without prior notice.

14. Limitation of Liability

Beauty Bulk is not liable for:

  • third-party supplier conduct,
  • product defects,
  • compliance violations,
  • inaccurate product information,
  • regulatory claims,
  • indirect damages,
  • business interruption,
  • or lost profits.

Liability is limited to the extent permitted under German law.

15. Third-Party Content & Links

The platform may contain:

  • third-party listings,
  • external links,
  • integrations,
  • or embedded content.

Beauty Bulk is not responsible for third-party content or services.

16. Data Protection & GDPR

Personal and business data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations.

Users agree that operational and transactional data may be processed for:

  • logistics,
  • customer support,
  • fraud prevention,
  • and platform operations.

17. Suspension & Termination

Beauty Bulk reserves the right to:

  • terminate services,

    if users violate these Terms or applicable laws.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Jurisdiction for disputes shall be Nuremberg, Germany, where legally permissible.
